Where

Our work in Ukraine, USA and Israel is managed under our “last mile” approach aimed at raising awareness about the unknown chapters of the Holocaust and commemorating victims.

There are over 1,000 mass-killing sites in Ukraine. There are no signs or memorial stones to identify these locations. As a result, there are instances when apartments, markets and schools have been built on top of these tragic places.

We have held numerous events and completed memorial projects in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Fastov, Lubny, Kremenchuk, Vinnitsa, Mirgorod, Piryatin, Vinnitsa and Bila Tserkva to bring the attention to the killing sites.

We bring newly discovered information back to the U.S. to use in educational events in the Greater Boston area for the general public, with a particular focus on teens and young adults. Sometimes, we hold out-of-state events, such as “Unknown Shoah stories” in summer camps.

We also present our findings at other events or conferences. For example, we participated in a conference at Yad Vashem’s in Israel.  We presented our discovery of the names of over fifty victims from Kharkiv and described our new approach to researching these names.
